PODCAST GUEST

Brenda Michelle Robinson
Anatomy Of The Sacred, Vocals
Brenda Michelle Robinson, an elegant, soulful vocalist, fronts Anatomy of the Sacred. A band known for its unique sound and dynamics, Anatomy of the Sacred combines Hard Rock and Metal with the voice of an angel.
The result is Beautiful Metal, a genre coined by Robinson. Along with Shane Krout (bass, guitar, vocals), Brenda brings a fresh, vibrant approach to Metal – an intricately-woven tapestry with plush layers of electric guitar and bass.
Anatomy of the Sacred’s debut EP, Ashes to Ashes is an electrifying journey through the ever-twisting avenues of life. It is a formidable collection of lingering songs that explore humanity’s ongoing struggle with themes such as lust, reflection, disappointment, death, fear and hope.
“Evergreen” (also called “Love Theme from A Star Is Born“) is the theme song from the 1976 film A Star Is Born. It was composed and performed by Barbra Streisand with lyrics by Paul Williams, and arranged by Ian Freebairn-Smith. The song was released on the soundtrack album to A Star Is Born.
In the US, the single became Streisand’s second number 1 single and spent three weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and six weeks atop the easy listening chart.
This was Streisand’s second number-one song on the Hot 100 (following “The Way We Were” in 1974), and her third on the adult contemporary chart (“The Way We Were” and 1964’s “People”).

“Evergreen”
song lyrics:
Love soft as an easy chair
Love fresh as the morning air
One love that is shared by two
I have found with you
Hey
Like a rose under the April snow, oh yeah oh yeah
I was always certain love would grow, oh
Love ageless and evergreen (ever, ever, green and seldom seen)
Seldom seen by two
You and I will make each night a first
Everyday a new beginning oh
Everyday a beginning
Darling do you know you make my spirits rise
Spirits rise and their dance is unrehearsed
Ooh they warm and excite us oh
‘Cause we have the brightest love
Two lives that shine as one
Morning glory and midnight sun
(Time) Time we’ve learned to sail above oh oh
(Time) Time won’t change the meaning of one love
Ageless and ever (ever, ever)
Evergreen (evergreen)

Have you accepted Christ as your Savior?
If you would like to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, please pray the following prayer:
“God, I believe in you and your son Jesus Christ. I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave to save me. Today, I invite Jesus into my heart to stay. I make you Lord over my life. Make me new. Wash me, Lord, and cleanse me. In Jesus Name, Amen”
If you have just prayed that prayer, we want to celebrate your new victory with you. Please contact us at prayers@oceanfloorministries.com so we can welcome you into the kingdom. We don’t want you to have to walk alone and we have some resources we would like the opportunity to share with you.
