Patrick Shipley hails from Chattanooga, TN USA. Patrick has B.A. in Communications with a Minor in History from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Patrick has over 20 years of musical experience on the stage and in the studio as a performer, studio musician, and songwriter.
He is also the founder of the band Faith Head. Primarily an avid fan of heavy music but his tastes vary from blues to funk. Apart from his music interests, Patrick is a prolific writer. He is married and a father of three and serves his church as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.
Dave Grohl, the original drummer for the band Nirvana, formed the band, Foo Fighters, in 1994 after the death of Nirvana’s frontman, Kurt Cobain. What had been initially meant to be an anonymous solo project turned into Grohl’s chance to spread his wings and fly in a different direction from Nirvana.
The band’s name was coined after a World War II secret term used to describe UFOs. Their career, spanning more than 25 years, has managed to produce multiple Top 100 Hits with “Best Of You” and “Times Like These” being two of those songs.
